About Read The Room

Read The Room is a group guessing game built around a simple truth: your friends think they know you better than they probably do.

Each round gives one person a personal question to answer in secret. Everyone else races the timer to guess that answer, then watches the room’s guesses get revealed and ranked. The closest guess scores; getting it exactly right earns a bonus—and usually a reaction.

We are building the game to remove every awkward pause between “we should play something” and actually playing. Prompts begin the conversation, room codes bring everyone in, and each reveal creates the kind of story a group keeps retelling.
